U Soe Tint is currently a Director of Capital Diamond Star Group (CDSG) and Managing Director of its subsidiary, Capital Development Limited (CDL).
He brings over 20 years of corporate leadership experience across real estate development, trading, construction, and F&B. Throughout his career, he has held key management roles and contributed to the growth of multiple businesses across diverse sectors.
He joined CDSG in 2012 as the Head of CDL. Today, his responsibilities at CDSG also extend to corporate compliance and procurement and serves as the Group’s lead for government regulatory affairs and public tender projects.
U Soe Tint was born in Taunggyi and graduated from the University of Medicine, Mandalay in 1987. He practiced as a clinician in Kachin State from 1989 to 1996 before transitioning into the business sector.
U Khin Tun is currently a Director of Capital Diamond Star Group (CDSG), Chairman of Capital Automotive Limited, and Managing Director of Premier Automotive Limited. He plays a key leadership role in shaping the Group’s automotive business and driving its continued growth and development.
U Khin Tun has held several influential positions in Myanmar’s private sector including his current the Vice Chairmanship of the Automotive Association of Myanmar – a member of the ASEAN Automotive Federation. Since 2015, he has also served as a member of the Executive Committee of the Union of Myanmar Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry (UMFCCI). He has also contributed to many of the committees within UMFCCI.
U Khin Tun was born in Yangon and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Yangon University in 1984. In addition to his native language, he is fluent in Chinese, Japanese, and English.
Daw Khin Mar Myint is currently serving as a Director and the Group Chief Financial Officer of Capital Diamond Star Group (CDSG).
Daw Khin Mar Myint joined CDSG in 2005 and has over 20 years of experience in the finance sector, plays a crucial role in supporting the CDSG Group’s sustainable growth and financial governance.
Born in Yangon, Daw Khin Mar Myint graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from the Institute of Economics, Yangon in 1999 and earned her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification from Win Thin & Associates in 2001. Earlier in her career, she served as the Resident Manager of a travel and tour company.

RMA Group of Thailand and the Capital Diamond Star Group partnered to form the Joint Venture, Capital Automotive Ltd, which is Myanmar’s authorized sole distributor and dealer for Ford, Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles, and John Deere tractors and agriculture equipment since 2013. Previously, CDSG and the Foundation contributed over (1.6) billion Myanmar Kyats for Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) medical services, treatment, and protection across Myanmar. The CDS Foundation also donated (1) million US dollar to Fund Management Sub-committee on the Purchase of COVID-19 Vaccines under Myanmar’s Central Committee on Prevention, Control and Treatment of Covid-19.
